I have had exactly the same experience uploading pics. I had to go back and delete the large ones, and then was able to upload a second pic in edit. It works, but it's really cumbersome.

Good idea about reducing.

Mods, just keeping the pressure on a bit. The photo upload/display still isn't working. Uploading multiple photos causes problems.

Buy & Sell not working. I listed a couple of engines yesterday. Got an offer on one engine which I counter offered. Then posted another engine.

NOW, I cannot get into Buy & Sell section at all, just continues trying to load. I'm embarassed because someone may want to buy something and I cannot corespond. The buyers will think I'm nuts. Plus, I'm possible missing out on sales.

I tried on Internet Explorer and Firefox, no change.

Admin: Are you listening? Suggestions???

funnier yet is why complain at all.
each time RCU does something it turns out to be better than before.
funniest of all is that this site is free, ads are free, but people keep wasting space with these stupid topics that have no place here at all. "my ad isn't showing up, i'm gonna go back to barfbay"..........well don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya i say.

I don't think this is a "stupid topic" at all. Who said anything about barfbay? I must have missed that somewhere.

Does anyone has a close clue how much work and IQ is involved to move a Forum of this size and magnitude from one server to another ???, php and sql is verry sensitive and stressfull to manage, like speaking Klingon ( witch is probaly easyer)
Please all be patiant, every damn server handles databases different than others, just monitoring hacking attacks is a fulltime job and moving is more than twice or quartripple than that, bin there, done that, NO MORE for me, but i fully understand there problems and wait till they are done.

Hey gys, you move a forum this size from server to server OK , picture a large hard drive with file allocation tables and partitions
moving the file ok no probs there, reaasign the allocation tables and internal links on foot can be a Nightmare. Give tehm a little break here, thats a hardcore job, realy is

raubold, thanks I understand that but a little communication would help those who don't. Would be nice to buy some things in time for Christmas though...
