Default Frise Ailerons questions.

I've been slow building a 1/4 scale Byron Cessna 195. Basically ready for covering, but seeing I have time on my hands, I've decided to do a scale(er) control surface(s) rebuild.
Question: From what I can gather form picture material, the 195 used Frise ailerons. Can anyone confirm this?
Secondly, for this type of model I'd dial in quite a considerable amount of aileron differential even though the instructions say equal +&-.
In this respect I'd have to say my experience over rules the manual but... what I don't have experience with is a scale model with Frise ailerons.
Any feed back regarding differential in that respect.
Cheers in advance.

Default RE: Frise Ailerons questions.

Pop down to your local GA airfield, any of the high wing Cessnas will show you what to do, you might even find a pilot to show the max movement each way. Take a piccie of the washout while you are there...
