Try looking for ARF from ASM models, it's been out of production for couple years atleast but in classified section, it dose come up time to time.
What scale and size model are you looking to get?

One of the members of our club, has a C-130 he built several years ago. I want to say he did a scratch build on his. I think it was powered with 4 .30 4s's.
