RE: Hoosier Dawn Patrol
For those who haven't attended this event before, it's a real treat! I think this picture sums it all up (photo taken at the '07 HDP by Rhonda Shelton).

It doesn't quite sum it ALL the way up.........you forgot to mention that we fly at dawn and therefore must be properly attired!

RE: Hoosier Dawn Patrol
Guys,
we are thinking about a classic horror film showing for Friday and Saturday night movies. Wolfman, Mummy, Frankenstein, Dracula. The originals, no new remakes. What do you guys think? Any other ideas? Still have a bunch of Mel Brooks videos if you want.

"15's my limit on schnitzengruben!" > Blazing Saddles.
It's hard to beat Mel Brooks, but your idea would mix it up a bit. Do any of your old movies star Ursula Andress? That would continue the Blue Max / WWI tie in. I'm just sayin...
I've got a few Mystery Science Theater 3000 DVD's; remember that show? It's the one where this guy & his robot pals would be forced to watch old movies & they would make fun of the movie & cracking jokes while they were watching it, often dubbing in their own hilarious dialog over the film. You would see them as silouette's in the front row of their theater.

My kids drove me nuts with that show for about two years. I could not come into the house
without it being on. But I did become a fan, though I would never tell my kids.
Ok with Ursala, but she has to be wearing a towel for at least one scene.

Would it be frowned upon to bring a 30cc Stick painted up on WWI marking to warm the thumbs up on? Just think of it as a real ugly Eindecker

No horror movies! You might cause Art to have bad dreams of being atttacked by Wolfman or the Blob in his camper. I think I have the Great Race if you want that. It's funny and has aerial sequences with Jack Lemmon etc.
