Don't forget the microwave/convection oven and the motorized door to allow the airplanes to go in and out!

Well heck, just about the time your ready to put the frosting on the cake you dump it on the floor. I hope the new place has a shop with a compressor in it. I gotta say country air is alot better than the bad breath of neighbors that have nothing to say and hide behind 6' fences.

What ever you do Robert I wish you and your's well, I know some day we will see the paint.

I've seen him logged in on Skype. It was around 5:00 AM, your time, though.

He'll be back, you can take Robert to the country but I'm sure with a project like his Pitts, he will want to complete it as soon as he can!

I hope ...gulp

Well, speaking of me?, I have a couple days off from the country so I will get a couple of the little things done. Getting ready to cover the last two (upper wing) ailerons.
Between rebuilding the trailer on the property, keeping the current place up, and maintaining two other properties as well during the summer will be very time consuming. But don't fret, I do have some ideas on how to get it all done and finish the plane. My primary thought is I have a really open floor plan in the MH to which I can do some painting on a plane before painting the MH itself. So if I can get these little things done before having to paint the MH it will work out great. And in reality I should be ready for paint by the end of the weekend, so as soon as the MH is ready I can paint.

Ailerons are done. Next is to iron down the edges of the pinking tape. No pictures, camera is at the other place.

I don't know about that, seems like every timeline I set gets broken. But that is ok, it's done when it's done, and it will be done like I want it, which is more important than a time limit..
I have cleaned up the to do list and it has became very short. Only eight items left that I want to do, and all but two were to be done after paint. And the acro streamer is the only one of any difficulty to it. So, having the time line messed up a little actually gives me time to do these prior to paint. So my current goal is to get these last few items accomplished before I leave again on Monday.

I am in a hard neck brace for 2-3 months no anti inflamation meds for 2 months as they interfere with the bone grafts healing. They used as much as the could salvage from neck and the cadaver

"I don't know about that, seems like every timeline I set gets broken."

Eventually, one decides to NOT set timelines. That way there is no stress trying to keep one.:-))))))))))))

The fuse, tail feathers, and bottom wing pinking tape has been ironed. Took a break from the ironing and added the toggle for the ign and the cowl support. There are only two items left, the cabane to wing cover and the acro-streamer, I should be able to get them done tomorrow.

Woo-Hoo! The ironing is complete. It took longer than usual because I waited so long to do it and the glue took a lot more heat to reactivate. On to the acro streamer.

You betcha, that is what it is!! And I think after a few hours trying to replicate it I am going to say it is just to many very small pieces in a very small area for my ability. On to pouring molds for the canopy, again.

The molds have been poured, I'll give them an hour or so and then place them in the oven on low heat to cure out. Maybe tomorrow I will be able to try the melting of the plastic.
