My Feedback: (29)
Wives like that are golden. I sometimes wonder how I got so lucky. My wife not only supports my flying but she participates. She has been my caller for Pattern, IMAC and pylon. She loves pylon and has called me to two local championships and we are close to a third. Check the first picture, ribbons on the hard hat, fiery red hair and leopard print gloves. LOL

I know I am. Mine loves my work (the outcome) but don't much care for it as a hobby. Although she really does like this Pitts, maybe I can get her to be my spotter for events, we'll see. I have 1/4 of the wings done with the pin striping.

Superb Robert! But I have to ask: I see a couple blue spots on the leading red stripe and a couple more below. Are those boo-boo's awaiting touch up?
When do we get to see the whole thing put together?

I don't know what you are seeing unless it is the flying wire attachments points or, strut attachments points or, servo attachment plug. It will not be fully assembled until I get it back home, hopefully will be taking it with me at the end of the week.

Looks really good,
The clear coat will also really make it shine.
Been fighting back issues here again, I have an appointment on the 25th for another MRI. Here we go again.
Later!!

Kudos where Kudos are due my friend,
I know how much work it is to accomplish what you have done and my hat is off to you. Staying the path on such a project can be tough. Just don't have to do a complete rebuild as I did. It is not near as much fun a 2nd time around.
Enjoy the fruits of your labor!!

Tail feathers are done. All the stab and ele got was around the radius and the rudder was just on the blue, much simpler and easier. I might be done for the day, depends on how bored I get and how much the back eases off. The gold on the gear leg's and the racing stripes are all that's left.

Anthony, it took a minute to sink in but it got there and, "if" something were to happen, ""no way I am redoing this bird again" so it better stay in one piece!!

Nuff of that talk now. You'll be enjoying that one till you can't enjoy it no more. Then you'll hang it up and sit and look and reminisce of all the awesome flights you had with it. Right?

As in tape or brush..???....not that it matters,...speaking of gold pin-striping,...referring to post #3133,..(2nd pic),...just curious,...are the pin-stripes on the "arms" of the stars supposed to be short of the one`s coming from the band`s/stripe`s (for lack of a better term), or are they suppose to come to a point together,.... my pic. may be a little small (small screen),so it`s hard to see..looking gorgeous...
