Default Byron STA Anybody have experience with flying this plane pros and cons?

There is a possibility of obtaining one of these. I was wondering if anybody has experience with flying this plane? Anything I should look out for?
Thanks,
Fred

My buddy had one and he said due to the small tail surfaces the airplane would stop flying if you got to slow on landing. This guy was very experienced with flying abilities well above the average RC'er.

Hi Fred, I've had one of these for years. Mine has a big ol' SuperTigre glo in it....about the power of a G-23....18/6 prop. It flies great and lands easily with full flaps. I don't find slow speed flight to be any particular problem...maybe others have been over weight or too aft a CG??? The only thing I don't like aabout it is the fact that it's BORING to fly. Yeah you can do loops and rolls and touch and go's. Kinda like flying a low wing trainer but the planform with all the curvy stuff is so pretty. Mitch
