Default Plans from Flying Scale Models...delays for 3 months normal??

Hi Has anyone else experienced delays in getting plans from them??? I ordered by phone #523 Fokker DVIII by Gary Sunderland(RIP) in November...and still nothing. I contacted them 3-4 times and was told ,,at first that it was not in yet from printer(new plan),,then will be sending out now,,,then after 3 weeks, don't know you shoulve received it-I'll send another immediately..that was 10 days ago now.
I was clear on my address ..twice...
I'm in Florida...
Any other have this with them or is it international air mail fault ??

I have ordered plans from them twice. First time took five months (this was maybe 10 years ago). Second time took a couple of months (a year or so ago).

Is this from Traplett? I have 2 different 1/4 scale EV/DVIII plans One is from Scratch-a-plane and we wont brag about scale fidelity and the other is from like back in 1978 or so, The guys name is Comyns and the date on the plan is 12/78 It's a nicely detailed set of drawings but I cant say how "scale" it is
