Is that a polish plane? there is a guy at the field who has a glider tow plane from poland that I think is the one you mentioed . he bought it from someone in Germany(who bought it from some one in Poland). its a real nice plane. if it is the one, I can ask him who the manufacturer is if you want. it may take a week before I see him again though.

There is a wilga kit available at http://www.estarmodels.com/. Its an electric setup, but may be able to convert to glow, etc.. Hope this helps..
