Not a really germaine set of photos for this forum, however, having said that, if the shots were taken in a scale way, that would have been a new twist to this forum.

btw nice work...

Yes...looking forward to seeing "scale" shots of that N-11 when finished.
There's another thread on "scale planes" that this would fit perfectly.
Need we remind that thread is about "scale photos"?

Phenominal work though...a true craftsman.

Hope I'm not going to get dumped on, but I think these are OK. Taken by a fellow flyer at a local scale meet.

I would say that the right bank turn is closest to the scale shot. The others still have that not real look. Nice model tho!

The Diving run would look better in a Sepia tone and a white border around the photo to give it that aged look. Maybe even Photoshop in some flak clouds around it.

Hey guys,

I hope it's ok to post other peoples pictures. My deceased husband built a plane that he called a coresair or something like that and he put it on the ground to make it look like a real plane. I hope I attached the picture right.

He was picky about it when he built it. I think it took him 2 years to make. He chewed tobacco and when he took this picture he used some of the juice for the stains on the ground. He said it would make it look more realistic.

I don't have anymore pictures because my Eddie's nephew took the plane and I haven't seen it since.

Anyway, hope you all enjoy it.

You had me going for a bit, but the tire tread that is worn on the inside started me looking more carefully.

I decided it was full scale when I saw the fence. Nobody builds a scale chain-link fence for their photoshoot.

BTW - radials don't leak, they mark their territory...

If a model of that caliber existed...do you think we'd not have seen many pics of it here already?

Allow me to enlighten you - there are many places on that thingy called the IN TER NET where one can post pretty pictures. Look around, you'll be amazed at what you will find.
In additional to expanding your photographical experience, I suggest you find and utilize an online grammar checker before you post.

Well Dear,

"In additional"?...what does that even mean? And, in perusing my previous post, I don't get the "grammar" quip...but...
I can certainly tell you that anyone wanting to show off a spectacular model to an audience that would truly appreciate it, would know to do so here on RCU.
Heck, even those who want to attempt to fool the eyes of a critical modeler (by posting pics of full-scale aircraft) seem to be aware of that fact.

And, no web enlightenment needed here...as I am no stranger to the wonders of the internets and the many places of interest inside them.

As far as my use of the term "Loser"...
It comes from over 100 pages worth of posts where only a small percentage of the posters get, and understand the premise of this thread.
So, why should your inappropriate post not meet with the same objections as theirs?
But, since I now know that your post was meant in jest as an April Fools joke, I will not lump you into the aformentioned group of numbskulls.
And, as most of those "numbskull trolls" simply hit and run hoping to hit a vein, I applaud you on returning to the scene of the crime, with blood stained hands, and admitting your good-hearted intentions.
Most of the others, I am sure, return...but remain in the shadows so as not to recieve the retribution they so justly deserve.

Wussies!

Now, see if you can wow us with an actual scale photo of a spectacular scale model...will ya?

Paul

Well Dear,
Please don't call me Dear. It's condiscending to do that with a perfect stranger. Any yes, I'm perfect. (that was a joke)

AdditionAL was a trap to see if you would even catch it. In case you didn't fully - it was addition with AL on the end.
The "grammar" quip went over you head huh? Go figure.
I'll have to take your word on everyone knowing to post the pictures here on RCU. I know there are "other" forums in which "RC Scale" aircraft are listed.

I bet you are.
BTW, there is only 1 internet, not plural. Perhaps you were thinking intranets?

Therefore anyone that posted something that did not comply with the 'guidelines' listed in post #1 is considered a loser?

How kind of you. Just when did you finally 'get' the post as an April Fools joke? Was it perhaps the signature or maybe it was the post after that clearly pointed that fact out?

You poor, poor man (or child, whatever you are). It's pretty sad when you do not understand a joke and then take action towards the poster. How many times have you done that?
When Mustang51 started this thread he posted this:
"Lets post our best "SCALE" photo of our favorite plane.
Post as many photos that you like, but they MUST be SCALE! (They MUST look like a shot of the real plane). "

There are a lot of nice airplanes here, but when someone posts something that isn't a scale rc airplane, are you the forum cop that insults them? Have you ever posted something that goes against the guideline that Mustang51 noted in post 1?

No thanks.
I would stay up at night wondering what you would say if, God forbid, you noticed the color was a shade off.

I applaud you on your response and careful use of the English language. I only wish more people put in the effort to "write" using proper grammar and sentence structure. It seems to be dying in this world of Internet Forums and, worst of all, Text Messaging. Bravo.

Alright. I've made my comment. Now let's get past this, and go back to posting impressive "Scale" photos.
