When do you think it might take to the air? I've finally worked all the bugs out of my 770 installation (I think) but now have to repair a boo-boo that occurred when the model rolled off the workbench. Nothing major just a bit of crushed balsa on the underside of the fuselage and some torn film. The balsa has already been repaired and I'm just waiting for a roll of cream colored Oracover to arrive.
Today I finally got my SE5a back into the sky! Wahoo!

Thanks, its a BUSA 1/3 scale. I sold it to Paul aka Horsepoweraviation last summer, he had Jim Suchy finish painting the wings and they had to do the final assembly. It is one of the feature planes on the SKS video Mid-Atlantic Dawn Patrol 2014.

I started by cutting the can muffler into and stacking them one on top of the other. The Mercedes exhaust is made from aluminum tubing, it has a short tube w/ flange welded to the bottom between cylinders 3 & 4 which connects to a flange on the muffler tube. Hopefully the pictures are better than words.
