Arizona Model 1/4 scale DH-2 reviews?
Is anyone aware of any reviews of the 1/4 scale Arizona Models DH-2 either built from plans or from the kit they offer? Better yet, anyone seen one fly? I have a technophobic friend who is looking to build a big DH-2, and was wondering what info is out there.
TIA for the input.

I built the Vickers Gunbus, which is also a pusher Biplane. It was 1/6th scale, scratch built it from Cleveland plans. It is an awsome flying plane, and you will never break a prop I have a picture of it in my gallery. Not to familiar with Arizona models, but at 1/4 scale...............should be a nice size.

Brian;
I've been contracted to design and build this model for AZM. I have to say that it's sadly behind schedule due to the fact that I just don't have enough time to devote to it right now. I believe their website shows my draft of the plans, which by the way, are very scale in outline and structure. I've based the DH-2 aerodynamic layout on my DH-1a design, which flys very well. Of course, this in no way guarantees reliable flight performance, but is a good indicator of what to expect. When juggling family, full-time (+) job, other activities, health issues, etc., these kinds of projects get shuffled aside, unfortunately. The design has huge potential.
