Default saito or 26cc gasser in my chippy

I just bought a peak 26 and was going to buy a 120 size plane to put it in,but then i looked at my wm 90s chippy[>:]it already has a saito 91 in it but i would like to go gas,so what do u think to big?

Most 120 size craft will take a gas eng. 26 size. I don't know what the differances in the Weight of your 90 and the 26 eng . are. If it isn't to heavy, the power doesn't matter. you can always throttle back. Just make sure the fire wall ,and the fuse is strong enough. hope this helps some what.

IMHO the added weight will be the main issue. I would rather go lighter with the Saito 100 or Saito 125 if you have a real need for speed. You might want something that has a short coupled nose and could use the extra weight instead of adding lead. I had a GP Chipmunk that flew great with a Webra 120, no ballast added, until I planted it in a tree.
