I have a completed and very nicely done Royal products Sr. Corsair for sale on RCU and also RCGroups...
The whole plane, painted, and ready for your electronics and engine, and includes the air retracts and a fully done cockpit with pilot.
Perhaps someone might be interested?

Thanks Dwight

Dwight, Nice plane and at a fair price from the looks of it
I'd expect that to come in more like 8lbs, you think you could really get that in at 107 ounces?

No, I better check my ad again on that. The plane itself as pictured weighs about 7 lbs, and once you add an engine and servos, depending on the engine size and type, it would likely come in closer to 10 lbs.

any one got a suggestion as to the best way to accurately mix paint? had to cut open the wing on the spirit of saint Louis to inspect bell cranks and it was either a silver paint or aluminum dope finish the builder used. depending on weather, maiden will be tomorrow with the engine being an os 60 four stroke open rocker. I can always delay on paint or even use stripper and start over.... any thoughts?

Years of experience and definitely beyond my skills. I know that I would very quickly resort to plan b, Especially with a metallic, as I would imagine that you not only have to match color, but aluminum flake size, density and overall sheen.

Hello,
I-fly-any-and-all,

I tried to send you a PM this morning, I'm not sure it went out,

I have a Cessna 310Q kit that I never did much with and would be willing to offer up.

Thanks, Cliff

I wasn't financially involved with Royal Products Corp. Ron Murray was sole owner. I helped Ron part time when he first opened the business. Later Ron and I opened Royal Electronics Corp to produce radio systems as 50-50 partners. I ran Royal Electronics and don't know much about the airplane kits. Dave Anderson did most of the airplane kit development.

I checked and my web site is working for me too. I haven't seen Dave Anderson or Ron Murray in approx. 5 years. I checked the Denver white page and didn't see Dave listed.

There is a Renold Murray listed in Highlands Ranch, might be Ron.
