I was co-owner of Royal Electronics and Ron Murray was my partner and he was sole owner of Royal Products. I was familiar with most their products up to 1983 when I closed Royal Electronics. I don't recognize the servo in your picture but it might be from something RP produced after 1983.
The 5 wires would indicate that the servo electronics was external to the servo as you suspect. I was very familiar with other servos RP sold for single channel and for reed systems but that is not what you have.

I have several Titan servos that would be good to part out for spare motors, pots, gears. and some may even have working electronics. If any one needs them let me know, I mainly would want something for my time to ship them.

I also have Royal Electronic servo parts some Kraft stick parts.

Hi I-fly-any-and-all. I'm interested to read that kits will be available for purchase. I would like to have the Nakajima Ki43 Hayabusa/Oscar, haven't been able to find one yet! Can you help me? It would be great to hear from you.

Not bad at all compared to what these kits go for normally, plus, who else makes an Oscar kit? No one that I know of!

This one wasn't bad but Royal kits usually are offered at overinflated prices. I know not a lot of companies built the aircraft they put out but the way they keep coming out of the woodwork I think they are overpriced.

No question about it...which is why I'm surprised this one went at a fairly reasonable price. Normally, they want $400 plus for the more obscure kits like this Oscar, which rarely poke their heads up for sale.

At the moment nothing arrived ( First I ordered on rc-royal.com with no shipment , two weeks ago i reordered on e-bay but with the same result!). Can anybody suggest me where to find a canopy for this model, or accidentally has one of them? I cannot fly the model again with no canopy and it's a real pity.

Did you manage to get another canopy for your cessna citation? I just picked up a partially built kit, canopy is intact and i plan on making molds or having parts sent out to be molded.

After doing some research I found a set of miniature turbines over in Germany no response from the company yet but Nitro ducted fans are completely out. Looks like I have to do to 70 millimeter or a 90 millimeter electric fans

I have a NIB Murataka 337 and I just took a look at the plans. You're correct. They did not show servo placement in either the fuselage or the wing. Unless someone else can tell you where they located the servos you're going to have to rely on seat-of-the-pants placement. Balancing this plane could present a challenge with the rear engine located where it is and the twin tail booms hanging out there.

Incidentally I just noticed there is still a price tag on the box from when I bought this kit back in the mid 80s. $199. was what I paid for it back then. I'm considering selling the kit so if anyone is interested you need to consider what the Royal/Murataka kits sold for new.
