Today's lunch special is same as yesterday's only sunny side up.
I'm almost ready to try out this 410 epoxy additive. I'm going to get some wiener rollers to do the flow coat on some parts just to try it out.

Gotta love Wing Fillets. Sigh...
I started by trimming the supplied 1/32" plywood fillet bases. After bolting the wings on I wedged pieces of scrap balsa to force the plywood to conform to the top of the wings. I proceeded by adding small sections of various sized balsa triangle stock to help fill and support the plywood base.
Definitely one of those "Do your best and Bondo the rest" kinda procedures.

Thanks Dan!
Yea I used my fingers and soft balsa blocks that are shaped wrapped with sand paper. After a few hours of sanding... no finger prints LOL!
After a coat of primer I like to mask and back fill the edges to make em pop!

Here's the plan...
Left side hatch
(1) Pressure gauge (for retracts)
(1) Air fill valve (for retracts)
(1) Air fill valve (for sliding canopy)
(1) Pin and flag switch (for power)
Right side hatch
(1) fuel fill dot

For hinges... We can use those fancy piano hinges that Dino carries or we can use the Home Depot specials I used on Rita.
Whatever you want to do???
