Grumman Albatross HU-16???
 

Are ther any kits or plans of this plane available? The Mrs. specifically asked me to do this plane next so now I am on the hunt. Sounds strange I know, but please do not ask. Any help/info on modeling this particular plane would be greatly appreciated.

One of the websites Leo posted is for G&P Sales. I've seen a review of thier kit in one of the magazines a number of years back. If I remember correctly, it said the kit is good but has some unusual assembly techniques that require a lot of patience. Also it said the retractable gear wasn't the best, kind of flimsy music wire. http://www.rcairplane.net/index4.html will take you right to it.
