"Aging" Brass
I have some nice shinny brass turnbuckles I would like to "age". Anyone got a tip on a quick way to do this. thanks

Brass does not tarnish in the desert, send them to me, and they will be ready in about a week.:D
Seriously, look at some Model Railroad forums, I bet you can find some info there. A lot of the stuff they use is brass. |

Phoney antque dealers used to dump newish brass stuff into cow manure and piss. This aged and tarnished the brass like nothing else and yuppies bought it up like crazy. If your in the city, this technique may be difficult.
