"Bodoni MT Condensed Bold Italic" is very close to what you have. I can't put an example in here but it is in my MS Word font library so I assume it is a standard font.

Here's what I got playing around with Bodoni fonts in Photoshop (which lets me adjust the kerning, that is, the space between the letters). It's pretty close.

Another thing you can do in photoshop is to create an outline of the original graphic, then fill that with another color, and then resize the image to the size you need. You might have to tweak it a bit to get the edges smooth at larger sizes.

Is this for a custom decal?
