40 - 60mm props with low pitch - power over speed
Hi all,
Having some trouble finding some 40 - 60mm props with low pitch . I'm looking for a pair ( left and right hand) to suit 4mm shafts with drive dogs .
3 - 4 blade Plastic or compisite props preffered .
These props are for a rescue boat which will be driven by a pair Graupner speed 500's on 2.8:1 reeduction gearboxes so, I'm chasing power over speed.
The rescue boat needs to push anything up to a 50 inch cat / mono / hydro or what ever - or pull a capsized boat up to 50 inches.
I'm also looking into " tank" steering ( rudderless) but I'm yet to find a mixer that pushes one prop forward and the other in reverse. The few that I've come across only push one prop forward and stop the other prop
Any help with pointing me in the right direction would be great.
Cheers,
Jay.

I've yet to find a model boat one that doesn't reverse. Have a look at Action and Hunter.
They are both capable of spinning a boat on the spot.
