1/12 lobster fishing boat build
Hi, I'm just starting a lobster boat build that I have wanted to do for the last few years.
I ordered some stuff to get me started so I maybe slow at getting going waiting for it to get here.
The hull is about 45" long and 19" at the widest part. It is modeled after a lobster fishing boat in the sothern end of Nova Scotia.
The mold is in two pieces and the seam is not in the best of shape, so the hull will need some work to look good.

RE: 1/12 lobster fishing boat build
Well I do have a plan, I just hope the motor I'm getting will turn the 100mm prop I ordered. Not much info on what it takes to power a Rivabo 100mm M5 4 blade propeller.
The motor is a MFA Torpedo 800 with 2.1:1 Belt Drive reduction unit.
Any one have any experience with anything close to that?
