    Straightening warped plastic decking

Two of my models, the USS Kearsarge and Logsdon (Lindberg; Southern Belle), have warped deck sections that I need to straighten in order to proceed with these RC models.

What’s worse, while I may be able to hold the deck of the Kearsarge in place by gluing it down (thought it’d be far easier if they were straightened), several sections of the deck of the Logsdon are designed to be removable and therefore need to be as straight as possible…

    RE: Straightening warped plastic decking

How bad is the warp? It may be dumb but try laying it on a flat board and using a blow dryer on high heat. May work but be careful of getting it to hot.
