Default 55" SWCC MK V Boat build need help!

Ok gents and ladies, I am about to start a Scale build of the Navy's Special Warfare combat craft the MK V boat, so far i have a Dumas 55 inch fiberglass hull, 2x Graupner Jetdrives, the ESC is a turnagy Marine 180A, 2x 3660SL 3180kv Brushless Inrunners water cooled, and all the other hardware, scale stuff etc. My dilemma is this since it is a huge boat(biggest one i ever attempted) what size Bateries can i run in this without blowing the electric up or burning the thing down? I have spent hours on youtube trying to understand batteries/esc's/motors. i do know i can run two motors on one esc, but thats the furthest i had gotten so far. - Please help guys!

See if you can find your Jet Drive specs at this website. Dan.
