Not sure if this is the right place for this question. I bought this sometime time ago but the seller didn't know anything about it's history. Does anyone know what it is/it's age and value in it's current condition?

At first it looks like a IOM sailboat hull, what are the dimensions of it?

It's approx. 40" long, widest point is 8", height about 4". The hull's built from narrow strips of wood and there's a hollow wooden dowel going through it. There's no sign of anything being attached to the underside of the hull. There's also a hole towards the stern for a rudder.
