I used steel wire to cut the pieces.

The same system for cutting styrofoam wing.

I had far less work than in previous cuts with a saw, requiring only little lime and sanding










Coating was done with boards or veneer furniture.

I used cedar leaf 0.6mm and two layers of fiberglass 300grs / m²

Now it's time for engine cooling.

With the engine running, what is observed is that the air intake for the fan enters the side of the engine and exits the cylinder fins.










To avoid strangulation outlet air from the engine and improve input Fresgo air suction fan prototype was created below.

Thanks for the compliment, really this boat, gave work, other constructions were three boats and some airboats with lengh 800mm
