I got this kit a while ago and plan to start building it soon. I plan to run an outrunner in it, not sure what yet, and 3S Lipo. Would be nice to see if someone has built and run this boat so I can get ideas on finishing and setup. Should I glass it once the hull is done, or poly it instead? Water cooling? Anything else to keep in mind before I start?

I would use the kit as templates since the doorskin used in the framing isn't exactly the best material for building a boat. It would also let you fix the die cutting errors that are very common in Dumas boat kits
