Is there an active group of Scale boat modellers in the Wichita, Kansas area?

Hope you can hook up with someone! If not, best to cruise the hobby shops, post "boaters wanted" flyers, hey maybe start a club! Then you can join SSMA http://www.ssmana.org ! I know there are boaters in St Louis & Denver, about equally & ridiculously far away.

Wichita has an active APBA club that races at the lake near the Zoo. There is also a pretty active number of sailboaters that I have talked to that sail downtown. Also, check at Finley's. He has had a few scale boats displayed and for sale and would have contacts.
