Aeromarine Crabbing Skiff 58 in. build
Anyone out there build or know someone that has built an Aeromarine large Skiff, Boxstearn or Hooper Draketail? I have built 1/4 large scale boats for several years and looking for something different to build. I will use a gas Zenoah for power, no racing, just good dependable power. The Aeromarine catalog or website does not show enough pictures of transom or other parts of the fiberglass hull. Any pics out there? The catalog says that people actually race the Crabbing Skiff, so there must be someone out there that has built one of these boats. These hulls are in the 50 inch range and 10 to 18 inches at midship. Thanks-John

RE: Aeromarine Crabbing Skiff 58 in. build
Thanks for reply. The boats from Aeromarine are fiberglass and suitable for 2 cycle gas engines. I have seen the wood kits and they look good but due to limited time I am going with the fiberglass models. Maybe Remy will know who has had experience with these hulls. Thanks again. John
