Default New to this forum me and my models

Hi! My name is Richard I'm 24yrs old and live near the city of Gothenburg in Sweden. I've been building models for 2yrs.

These are my models
Robbe Dolly
-----------
A small work launch built from a Robbe kit.
Length: 560mm

A styrene/balsa barge for towing
---------------------------------------------
About 600mm length.
see barge.jpg.

An experiemental electric ducted fan boat
----------------------------------------------------------
This was an experiment build it doesn't go very fast or steer very good
Length about 600mm
See fanboat.jpg

Victory EP
-------------
Chinese RTR Speed boat
with two direct drive 380motors
on twin propps and one six cell battery.
This is a very fast boat for it's price only problem
is that the included radio doesn't allow proportional throttle
and there's no rudder.
Steering is done using only left or right propp.
You've probably seen similar boats at your local hobby shop
See victoryep.jog

Graupner Hydro Speed
-------------------------------
Fast Electric Graupner Hydro Speed old kit.
Currently 6cells. Modifying for 12cells.
The balsa box on the canopy is to accodomdate for a box
for my esc.
Length about:600mm
See hydrospeed.jpg

Robbe Sea Jet
-------------------
A fun boat. Handles choppy waves very well.
It just bounces it doesnät cut them.
Very stable in choppy waters.
Certainly a boat I recommend.
Six cells. Two counterrotating propps using a gear box
and one 600 engine.
See seajet.jpg

A plywood barge-my latest project, still in construction, appearance changing
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The boat is built like a plywood box. The sides are screwed together with using a Battery Drill and 30x3mm
wooden screws. I haven't used any extra frames. It's not meant to be beautiful, it's mean't to be sturdy and robust.
The boat has no exact replica but is meant to be a semi scale barge. The steering will be done through two independently
controlled motors and two independently controlled rudders. The huge compartment in the middle of the boat is the battery
compartment. The idea is that you can move the batteries to adjust the center of gravity.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions, photos of r/c barges, experiences building
r/c barges and other flat bottom r/c boats or just want to discuss r/c scale boat modelling
