Graupner kit wiesel sealing problem.
Hi
I am building A graupner Kit Wiesel and have run in to some trouble. The problem is that when I try to seal the prop shafts and the rudders it allways turns in to a big mess when I say mess i mean glue every where, I try to sand it away but I still get it wrong and when I look at all the other boats I dont see any glue whitch hakes me think how do they do it? I am open to any good idears.
Here are some pictures to let you know what I am talking about and how I want my boat to look like:

RE: Graupner kit wiesel sealing problem.
Once I have the shafts through the hole in the hull, I tape, or lightly tack the tubes in place.
I then use masking tape stuck tightly to the outside of the hull, and around the shaft to seal the holes. Then I pour epoxy into the holes and around the shaft form the inside of the hull.
Most of the mess is limited to the inside, and the epoxy reaches the tape on the outside, and cures to the shape of the hull.
Did that make sense?[&:]

Thanks, but you see I cant get all around the prop sharft tube to put all the glue. In other words I cant get the glue under it, inbetween the hull and the prop sharft.

I literally pour the glue from the inside of the hull.
It would actually pour out the bottom if the tape wasn't against the outside of the hull.
While it cures, it usually has time to soak the entire area around the shaft and glue and seal them in place. All I have to do afterward is sand the outside smooth
