Well I just a Sterling American Scout off of this site. http://www.rcuniverse.com/market/item.cfm?itemId=369200
And ass you can see from the pics it is missing alot of parts... I was wondering if anyone knows of a place where I can get a diagram/plans for this boat.
also any suggestions on what I should make it? (Container Ship, Oil Tanker, Etc.)

I say a research ship including a mini sub. Maybe a camera for taking video from different depth's. And may even find somone's boat that sunk. $$$$$.

Gunner,
I can send you copy of the plans, and the manual as well.
You will have a very handsome ship when you are done.
The C-2's started life as military/merchant ships for the war effort.
I don't remember if they were Liberty or Victory ships. We built
a lot of them, that's for sure.
I have an old issue of Flying Models magazine that reported the ultimate
fate of the American Scout, it was not a dignified end.
(Beached, cut up for scrap like most obsolete working craft if I remember correctly)
I wonder if ANY of the C2's are still sailing the waters anywhere.
