Default RAF Rescue Launch Whaleback color scheme

Did they have a yellow deck as seen in some models pictures (Dean's Marine, for example)? Sounds hard to believe at war for sea operations.

Another question: thay had three props, wich direction did they spin? And did they have three rudders too?

Thanks
Robert

Default RE: RAF Rescue Launch Whaleback color scheme

the yellow colour was usual only in the med round the british isles they were mostly grey in wartime
as for the prop setup the outer props were handed left and right the middle prop was on seperate system ie
micro switch to switch the middle motor on like a turbo it works well most had twin rudders hope this helps
i am running this system on one at the moment it works well
