My New Project
 

Since I am new to the modeling scene I went with something that will help me get in the hang of it.

I will be able to power it with what I want and I will be able to add all kinds of extras to it. Thanks for all the help from those that did.

The Shelly Foss is a good starter.

I had a friend that went from RTR abs v-hull, to the Shelly Foss as his first build.
It came out beautiful. His next project was a scratch built WWII Benham class destroyer.

You have set a good course. Sail on confidently.

I'll be getting started as soon as it gets in. I will also be taking pics as I go. I'm sure I'll be asking many questions as I go.

I can't see the pic that you have posted, Benny. The computer at work will not load it. Hopefully I can see it soon.
