but I want something that is partly complicated and will take a long time to build. Also it has the motor stuff so it would be cheaper.

I second the Akula recomendation. The Bluefish is too hard to get looking right, parts don't fit very well, and will leak. I wouldn't reccomend it even if you had a few subs under your belt. You'd be better off saving for a bit longer and get the Akula.
