I wanted to show Davids drive system.I toke the pictures of the computer screen as I don,t know how to down load the orginal pictures from my emails. Sorry if the pictures are not the best.Im thinking of installing his neet unit in my boat as it would be more compact, and take not as much room.Dennis

David has just imformed me if he has the time,he will provide a larger motor and bulkhead to run my prop, that way I will not have to remove my unit from the ship for now.I really appreciated that!Dennis

In the last couple of weeks I have been busy painting and adding paneling to the concept II super seaview.Im only going to post a couple of pictures of the stearn end of the power plant.I want to get a little more done before I post anymore pictures. The paneling takes a lot of time, but I think it does add quit a bit of detail to the boat.Hope you viewers like it? I,ll pot more pictures soon.

A few pictures of the some what completed seaview, windrow glass has to be installed yet.The front search light was painted in a hurry for these pictures,a new one will be made next week. The new design features the collision ring, with the two red laser ports. Also lights and scopes will be added in a week or two.The sub was weathered to show the contour of the hull.More work has to be done, but these pictures will show what progress has been made.

The addition of the collision ring, with the two red laser ports really add detail, also the bow diving plan's too. are they going to be movable? How the interior Kit come out? This eight window version has sold me on the the new design it makes everything fit into a realistic perspective.
Thanks Dennis.

The interior kit came out good, but I still have to mold the new beams.David is going to test the sub without the use of front diving planes for now.He test run the rear prop with the nozzle that I made, and said it had very strong water flow,in ever direction that you turned it.So we were hoping that we won,t need front diving planes for now.More testing will tell Spaceranger01 Untell later. Its been awhile since the last post.I redone the windrow beams for the front windrows,by making new molds etc.I will post pictures of this new interior set soon. The new interior will snap together with aligment pins, making assembly a lot easier.I finally set the new seaview in a test tank to see how close to scale the water line is going to be.To my surprise with some foam added, the water line goes under the front nose windrows, and under the rear tail lights which would be perfect to whats on tv..I have a ways to go on triming but this gives me a idea of what the boat will look like in the water when im done.here are a few pictures.

A few pictures with the sub-driver installed in the sub.Everything seems to fit nice, the only thing is, I installed the battery off and on switch to the top of the sud-driver,as my top deck can be removed to get at it.Other wise I have to remove the bottom hull screws to get at it.The next build would be with magnets like David Merriman used,a lot easier and quicker way to get inside the boat.

I forgot to mention that this interior has the first style windrow beams installed, instead of the new beams that are now included in the newer interior kit.

Just a few more close up shots of the interior. There is some light leakage aroung the front search light housing, this is because I did not put the screws in, that tighten that area down tight.

Dennis, the water line is perfect! How are you water-proofing the interior on yours? Did you use silicone inside like we talked about early?

I did not water proof the interior,It will be pretty easy to do, by silconeing the compartment to the hull if you wanted to.The water in mine seams to not bother the interior, and the glass stays clear and clean, spacerangero1.
