Default RC SUB BUILDING TOOLS & TECHNIQUES - NEED ADVICE

Hello - I am new to RC submarine building and needed some advice on the best tools to buy to do the job. WWII subs are my main interest, and I wanted to get tools to cut out the many floodholes I will be faceed with in a GRP hull. How does a dremel tool set with an angle attachment and some cutter and drill bits sound? Any advice on tool brands and techniques for cutting the flood holes and other larger rectangular openings would be very much appreciated.

Also, how does a resistance soldering tool set-up sound?

If you know of any good suppliers, that would help too. Thanks.
