Hi guys, need some help. I am installing a set of Impact gears. These guys design everything for tamyia and my HL sprockets wont fit. Can anyone tell me where I can get a set of Tamyia sprockets? and if any one has a Tamyia hull for sale lets talk.

Thanks BIGRED but I solved the problem, it just needed a little twiking.

You need more than a little tweaking. A Tamiya hull and HL hull are NOTHING alike. Completely different suspensions and wheels. Not just a simple swap just too use Impact sprockets. You would be better off just filling the HL shaft with a second flat too accept the Impact sprocket.

Well the twiking did the job and they work just fine.

By the way its impact gears not the sproket, have a HL sproket and had to do a little filing on the shaft. they work fine.

Glad it worked out for you. It really wasnt clear to me what it was you where trying to do. Pictures always give the clearest picture for us of the desired outcome. cheers.
