Default How to setup the transmitter?

I have bought a Turnigy 9x transmitter, but I don't know how to set it up.
I did bring it to a local RC store and they didn't know about it also.
They just told me that the transmitter was fine, but the program was messed up.
The transmitter is for my Tamiya Tiger tank, I hope some one can show me how to fix it.

On the Tamiya you only need the first 4 channels to have all the functions. Plug in the leads to the recievers first 4 connections and then turn on the radio and the tank. All functions should work. If not, you may then need to go into reversing some functions to get it right. First, see how it acts when you get it running and go from there. Hopefully someone is familiar with that radio if you do run into any trouble.

sigh...................
I am quite sure that I plug those wires right at place by following the Tamiya manual.
The transmitter setting should be the main problem.

Ok, let's try this another way. When you have it hooked up and tunr on the radio and the tank, does it start up? If so, how does it respond to stick movements? Maybe we can go through it one mobvement at a time. i had this on my King Tiger with the Airtronics radio as well, but it was not difficult to strighten out.

it can't turn left and right. The elevation and recoil mix together. There is no MG.
the turret rotation is kind of stuck
