Column light picture(s) for Panther?
Anyone have any reference pictures of the rear column light & shield for the Panther and or Jagdpanther? All I have found is this one and I'd like to get a better idea of how to duplicate it. Even a scale drawing would be great. I have looked through 1/2 of my books and yet to find anything close to this.
Any ideas? Thanks!

That's a Notek tail light, the Panther is an Ausf. G, so this must be an on-field emergency solution.
Here you have some images of the Notek Kolonnenlicht, remember the convoy formation lights were green.

Okay, thanks guys. I guess what I am looking at in my photo I provided is a field mod notek lamp because no other Panther has anything like this but just the exposed bulb or a deflector wrapped around the glass itself.
I found more by searching under 'convoy' lighting instead of 'column' lighting. Guess it's just a big misnomer, huh.
Thanks to all that replied. Now time to go clean my PC of all the 3 hours of cookies!

interesting...I thought they all used the later lights, like the one in Rex's lower right. BTW...Tank Modellbau sells a working one of those in their Tiger section.
