Default IMPACT T84 Rubber Pad Tracks for M26

Anyone have experience with these on a Tamiya Pershing?
Do they come with/need upgrade sprockets?

I have the all metal ones on my M-26A1 and they are great. I think the rubber ones would be awesome.

It does not say it needs anything. http://mitosal.com/T84rubberpadtracks.htm

Hope, not, I plan to get some for my M26A1 and maybe for the A1E8 (with some modifications to the track guides) soon.

I have them but haven't installed them yet. They appear quite well made.

I saw that Mitosal did not list anything about the sprockets for these.
But it says that the T84 Metal tracks come with sprockets, although it does not show them in the pic.
So, I was wondering how reliable the descriptions were.

Huh. The T81 list sprockets, but I don't see where the T84 tracks do?

That's part of what makes it more inconsistent.
If you click on the pic, then it describes it as coming with sprockets, although it does not show them.

"IMPACT Pershing T84 metal tracks and drive sprocket set. Usual superb IMPACT quality of fine castings, very supple, excellent detail."

I sent an email to Mitosal, I'll post their answer when I get one.

I know that if they do not come with the sprockets, it only means they are not needed. Their tracks are absolutely top notch stuff. You will not be disappointed if you buy them.

Okay, I see the problem. We are talking about the rubber padded T84 ... no listing about sprockets. Now the metal T84 do list they come with sprockets.

OK Just heard from Mitosal, within 1 hr of sending my email, I might add.
Neither the metal nor the rubber t 84 tracks come with or need a new sprocket.

That is typical for Impact tracks. If a particular track does need new sprockets they will come with them and the cost is worked into the cost of the tracks. If they are not needed which is the case with most of their tracks then they wont come with them.
This really started with the Early Tamiya Panther G kits as the stock tracks and sprockets did not match very well at all and Impact had new tracks and sprockets on the market almost immediately. These tracks came with the sprockets if memory serves me.
Excellent tracks across the board.
