RE: Clark electronics TK20
Looks awesome Greg, I'm glad we could figure it out :P Now I'm just waiting for my asiatam KV tracks so I can really abuse mine...
I took my KV-2 out for a spin this morning. I have momentum turned on and you'll notice it a few times. Demonstrating with NO PIVOT function, I disabled that.
Enjoy!

A question to Clark please,
Little to none had been discussed about the MG IR burst. Can Clark expound a bit further how this works? Does the IR signal emanate from the MG IR led itself?
This is certainly interesting capabiility of the Clark board enabling the deployment and much use of speedy light tanks to recon vehicles. Half-track engagements anyone?
Has anyone been able to make use of this Clark board feature here in RCU, kindly chip in please.
cheers!

Yea I've played around with it on mine, and it emits an IR beam from the main gun LED for as long as you hold the MG trigger down. In turn you get the bullets bouncing sound effect from other Clarks you shoot it at, it's pretty cool.
I can't wait to see some of the light vehicle options with this.

Hi Clark,
Just wondering which part of the development stages for TK22 variants take the longest time. Is it the (a) engine sounds or (b) the turret and gun sounds combined. This is so because, whilst I liked the TK22 functionalities, the tank variants I'm after have yet to be released.
If its the engine sounds (i pressume thats taking too ling to develop) I was wondering if its possible to order in tank variants (i.e, Leo 1, Leo 2, Abrams) without engine sounds but has the full-on suite of turret and gun sounds specific to the model?
cheers,Rey

Hi Ray,Release schedule is not just determined by developing time but also marketing feedback from customer. Sure you can order TK22 without engine sound. however, Leo1, Leo2 and Abram are not released yet.Regards,Clark

Wow, exciting development and some great tanks in this thread. My only observation (and it is a minor one that possible only bugs me) is that the sound of the light switch turning on is louder than the cannon firing, same with the shell loading. It would be awesome to have a 'loud' firing gun. Even cooler if it shot out smoke and light when firing along with the recoil. A lot to ask for and probably off topic for this thread.

RE: Clark electronics TK20
Lazy Tanker To answer your question, Plain and simple I am out of stock on the T 55 TK units. I had ordered some and did not expect the need to be as high as it is. As a matter of fact I had ordered the TK22 T55 1 day before you placed your order with me.
Normally I ship within 12 hours but I can tell you I expect to get your package in the mail this week, I send expedited so you should have it within 5 or 6 business days after it goes and you will recieve a tracking number.
Most everybody that has a TK22 has waited just as long or longer for theirs. Bad thing with the T55 is I just decided a while ago to stock it and the tank.
Thanks Curtis aka Freakydude

Hi Clark,
What is the difference between the TK22-E, which I thought was German/Panzer ready, and the TK22-PZ?
Thanks,
Rudy

RE: Clark electronics TK20
Hi, Rudy
Prefix of part number stands for Variants, suffix is sound version, you can see Variants and sound set table on this page: http://www.clark-model.com/eng/prod_rx20/index.html

Was the original "E" a Tiger? I cannot remember..
Anyway, NOW the difference is engine sounds, machine gun and rotation.. not sure on elevation...?

Yes, the original German boards were the Tiger I sounds.
Elevation is unique on the TK22-PZ3 too & different than the T1 German boards as far as I can tell listening to the audio in the videos.
