I went over to Denver this weekend and had a great time battling with the guys at FRAG. Everyone was very friendly, very helpful, and very kind to “the new guy”. I got to see several cool tanks and Panzerpaul even let me drive a Pershing of his in a battle. I felt honored to be included so thoroughly in their fun. I got to help set up the amazing village they have allowing me to get a close up look at the buildings. The pictures do not convey how much detail is in those things or how BIG they all are. I also got to set up my Zeltbahn camp in the village. It was cool to mingle my scale stuff with theirs and see it all combined for pictures. It was also the first time I could get pictures of my tanks “in town” and not out in the wilderness. My tank was killed in every battle. I did get in several shots and even killed a tank or two. Fun, fun, fun.
I must say that the battle that I thought about the most on the long drive home was when Bob ( I think that’s his name) was sniping me from inside the barn. I took three hits and could not figure out where it was coming from. Then I moved back into cover and looked all over till I could see a Sherman gun tube protruding from the barn. Quick, aim! Shoot true and BOOM! I think I got him… but then a Pershing is coming down the street… BOOM! He got me too! BOOM! The Sherman again, Run! More Shermans coming! Oh NO, the tank is too slow to get away… ARRGH!! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! The Panther died in the creek bed.
Thank You guys, I had a lot of fun, I will be back.

All of us here at FRAG are glad that PCCP made the trip and joined us for the fun. He's a great tanker and contributed to each game. A 6 hr drive is a lot to go thru just to play in RC tank battles, but there are many like him who are committed to our hobby and we are thankful for them all.
There is always an open invitation to anyone who wishes to visit FRAG. Just give us a heads up so we can plan ahead and possibly aid in making arrangements for your trip. Thanks again PCCP for joining us. Panzerpaul

Excellent pictures Pah co chu puk. I love your tanks in the mountains, but it's good finally seeing them doing what they were meant to do ... battle other tanks! When you are lucky enough to experience battles in a setup as beautiful & detailed as FRAG has built, & even if you get your ***** kicked every time, it seems like it is WELL worth it!

It was well worth it. Even getting my a## kicked was fun, I learned a lot.
The Bailey Staging Area is my friends 700 acre ranch up at about 8600 feet. They fed me Elk steak and wild mushrooms with a good brown ale for dinner after the battle. It took away the taste of defeat quite well.
Thanks again FRAG for a great day.
