LVT 2 WATER BUFFALO

RE: LVT 2 WATER BUFFALO
Flamme,
This is looking really good. I did an LVT 4 out of wood that I like quite a bit. Nick has also done an LVT2A1 on the English board, and Rex has done one also. I believe yours is the first to be made out of metal however. I will be following this post closely.

Thank you.
For the tracks I will use pz3, with modified pieces of churchill wheels

I was glad to see that you are going to use pz3 track on your Buffalo. So far I have used it on my LVT(A)1, Hetzer, Semovente 105/25 and Flakpanzer 38(t) Gepard. I have at least two more future projects that will use that track as well.
That pz3 track also works well in water on my LVT. It doesn't run real fast, but it does push my styrene model along at a decent speed.
That track seems to be almost universal for a lot of models that need narrow track, and it looks ok too ......... not perfectly accurate, but acceptable (at least to me).

I am in the middle of a LVT-2 build and want to get some parts 3D printed. I have a set of 2D CAD drawings but haven't had any luck converting them to 3D. Just wondering if any of you 3D wizards would be willing to help me get these converted. I also want to be able to sell the track links on my web site (radiocontrolcustomtanks.com) and would be willing to split the profits. PM me at [email protected]
Thanks
Carl
