If you just type it into google you will get more pictures than you will know what to do with.

This is one project that i can't wait to start..........But this is the time of year we do a lot of Salmon fishing so it will be a while before i get into this project. Thanks to the pictures (and Perry ) one problem i had been thinking about was the way to elevate the gun tubes and keep it simple and effective is "shown" in several of the pictures (a simple strut from the main gun to the launch tubes ).
Don't think i would have thought of that on my own......Very simple and effective elevation idea...

I think this will be a very impressive tank on the 4 th of July.......... My Son is going to like this one..

Big Mig, is this going to go on a Sherman or one of your Stuarts? The Stu had a similar system in development, the T39 launcher.

BIGMIG......

Be sure to correctly count the number of tubes on that launcher before you charge ahead full blast and then wonder what the heck is wrong with the way the calliope looks. Count twice, and then use tubes that are the correct scale size. That will avoid the embarrassment of having your friends laugh their butts off when they notice your oversight.

Well guys i'm sure some will be dissapointed in what i build..... Don't have a 1/6 scale Sherman........But i do still have one more
1/6 scale stuart just sitting there begging to be turned into a tank that shoots rockets.....

It will be a moddified verson of the T-34 Calliope.......Will fall somewhere between the tanks in the pictures below.......

60 rocket tubes is a bit more than i want.........Size of the tubes will be what i think will look right mounted on the tank....(don't know about scale... ).........Of course i would like it to look nice.......That will remain to be seen..

Fish are in now so it will be a bit before i work on the tank....Son-in-law will be here tonight to join me and my son in a few days of fishing.Went out from 10:30 til 2:00 today and we got three......... ( 1 )12...and (2) 14 pound kings and we released 5 natives and lost 5 or 6 others......Lost a couple in the 30 + pound class.......Nice fish.....Fall Salmon and Steelhead fishing will last from now until the end of the year....

We keep enough to eat and to smoke.......But most of them we just fight the battle and turn them loose......
