Where can we go to see real tanks besides the AAF Museum in Danville?

If you like to travel some....... Imperial War Musuem in London,UK; Bovington Tank Museum in Dorset, UK; Samur, France and Munster, Germany.
I have not hit Kublinka.....YET! NOTE: If you want to see German WW II tanks Bovington is the nicest and Samur has the biggest collection.
* or the old D-Day Museum. There is also the Military Mus. of Southern New England in Danbury CT. but these two I have not been to.
PS You MUST join us for the D-Day 2014 trip to Normandy.

RE: Where to See Real Tanks?
Canadian Forces Base Borden has a long list of static displays,
T34, T55, T60
Shermans several varieties up to the Firefly
German Hetzer, Flakpanzer, had a Panther but moved it to Ottawa
Then your usual Leapord, Centurions, Cromwell Churchill.
All in all around the base I bet there is about 30 tanks maybe more.

Fort Carson, Colorado has US armor, WWII to present. They are in a park outside the base gate, about a dozen pieces.

There's always the late Jacques Littlefield's collection - http://www.mvtf.org/index.html
Haven't been there in quite some while but it should still be worth a visit if you've never seen it.
