Default A Snow Job......

...... or something similar.

As I remember, this kinda looks like the first light snow dusting of Winter to me. But I could be wrong. I haven't seen snow since I was a kid in Chicago. I got to looking around at stuff on my shelves that I haven't looked at for a very long while. Shelves next to the floor in remote corners of a little used storage room. I could not believe what I saw on three of my Tiger tanks.

This ain't snow. I'm embarrassed to admit these tanks haven't been dusted for about 10 years. No kidding .....10 years.....

I rubbed a little off with my finger and thought you guys would get a laugh to see what happens to you if you become senile old guy who is a rotten housekeeper. But my place isn't toxic or contagious, it's just dusty, messy, cluttered, and disorganized.

I gotta vacuum and dust more often.

I think you can zoom in to enlarge these.

Now that's a snow job!

Great tip for real looking snow, looks just like my truck after a light snowfall, but 10 years is a bit long to get the look right.  Perhaps you can cut the process down to 5 years or less.

I can do that effect in about ten days at my house, our German Shepherd is getting her winter coat and there is dander everywhere. Just can't get too close to the tank or you start sneezing.

Cheers,
Wade

Rex, it sounds like it is to late to bother taking the Viagra. Let the dust... snow, accumulate as it will.

For taking photos you can use baking soda for snow just dust it on, when finished turn the tank upside down dust it off no harm done use it over and over. I also use it on my O gauge trains

Bob, that large feather duster would be enough to allow the dust to just fall off via gravity...on whatever the dust settles on
