Cool Next tank, the Chinese ZTZ 99 MBT

Well I finally picked up this huge landship and expect delivery later this week!

I figured it was a good deal at $129.99 with FREE shipping. It's a plain Jane with plastic gears but that will change soon.

Looking at metal tracks but I kinda like the track pattern on the stock tracks. This will just about take the spot of 1 1/2 tanks on the shelf so look like it's time to add on!

Oh, I did leave that out.

I found it on eBay. It's where I do almost 99% of my buying.

It is big. Bigger than it looks in pictures. Plenty of room inside for good speakers and electronics. I was really surprised when I first got mine of how big it really is.
And that version looks like the updated one with the ERA package already on it. I have the kit parts to put on mine. Havent decided which version I want to model yet. I have a nice electronics package and sound set from Dan in it and it's really a cool tank.

Oh really, that's good to know! Well you know what they say... bigger IS better! At least no one here is running it down by saying "it needs this and it needs that"... DUH!!! Don't they all need at little attention to bring them up to our standards?

BTW... where did you get your ERA package from and how much was it? Just in case this one is the early version.

Hey Gregg, where did you get your ERA package from? Mine is without it.

It will be a while before it's up and running, I just couldn't pass it up for that price.
