Default Tamiya Panther G Sprockets Alternative

I received the washer from Tamiya but the track and sprocket are not a good match does anyone know if Kenny Kong still sells the drive sprockets? It is no longer listed on his website. Or an alternative the absurd wobble?

Don’t you think it would be better to ask Kenny himself as none of the members personally know what stock he carries

I think it would be best to ask Kenny directly or Patrick on his eBay auctions.

I don't think he offers the Panther sprockets as the Tamiya part works with his tracks. Now I do know IMPACT makes sprockets for the Panther, but I think they may only work with their tracks and are probably not sold separately.

I will take a look at it for you on Friday at Danville Danny. try this for now.... apply a donut shaped piece of electrical tape between the two halves of the drive sprocket. I've fixed at least 4 Panthers with narrow drives that way. You can also wire wheel the teeth to take the edge off some. I all helps better than Tamiya's fix.

Kenny said that the only think he had was sprockets that fit Tiger 1 shaft. Really surprised.

I would contact Impact or Mitsol via e-mail as they still carry the Panther/JagdPanther Drive sprockets they just do not have them listed.
