Default Which type of cap to use for filtering?

When playing with the turret motor, the TV would scramble (Antenna). This motor doesn't have any filter caps.
The local Radio Shack only had polyester film and metallized film caps. (Didn't have ceramic) I got both.

I use Associated Reedy Motor Capacito, noise suppression, 0.10 uf. or from Radio Shack NTE VHT10M16 - Cap-10uF 16V 105*C Radial Lead
