Default DKLM tracks for Tamiya JS 2 coming to etoarmour.com

The first shipment of the new DKLM tracks for the Tamiya JS 2 will shortly be in transit. I have added them to the sight.

http://www.etoarmour.com/product_det...oductID=DK-001

I received my set Monday morning and I must say I am impressed. The set is very well made, everything fits as it should, the pins lock in place and knurled locking lug is deep and strong. All in all an excellent set of tracks. The set weighs almost a kilo and fits the JS perfectly with the proper sag between the return rollers. The sets coming will not have the DKLM logo embossed on the inside of the links, that area will be plain and flat.

As soon as I can blow some paint on my set I'll give it a whirl in our classic mud and heavy soil. However, I don't see any problems coming from them. The tracks seem to be more than strong enough to withstand the test.

Eto is the exclusive distributor for USA, Russia and Ukraine for DKLM products. There will be more items coming soon.

Bob, looked like in some of the first pics of these tracks that they are double pinned. Were these just prototype pics to show them on a tank? Hoping they are single pinned?

They are double pinned, but that's not a problem. The set I have in my hand is totally grand, best tracks I've ever seen.

Parts will be announced shortly, but they are not for the IS 2. When the parts are finalized I'll post about them.

That would be some of the parts. ETO will have the arms soon, tracks, don't know delivery dates yet.

Looks like they copied Daryl's transmission brace.

Looks that way. I'm in process of getting the braces made locally. Price will go down on sight as the costs of doing them here is rather less than in USA. Daryl of course knows.

Painted the new DKLM tracks flat black yesterday and let them cook overnight on a radiator in the garage. This morning blew some rust on them and again let 'em cook. Just popped them on now that they're dry. Tomorrow they'll get a little touchup and a tad more rust here and there.
